I think we would all agree that it's not that easy to find someone as easy as David to relate to and talk about the issues of the day as an equal, in a meaningful and interesting way. That's the first thing that came to mind when I was thinking what I would say about him and what he meant to me. I would think this should resonate with others as I saw him talk with many of the OxBridge people at the events I attended and perceived that those conversations were equally meaningful to those involved I was very shocked indeed to hear the bad news and still can't quite make sense of it, I will miss him greatly
